摘要
随着经济社会的飞速发展,科技水平越来越成为衡量一个国家实力的重要指标。我国不仅十分重视科研,同时还投入了大量的资源推动科学领域的各项工作,明显的转变是各类科研仪器设备大幅增加。互联网时代,为优化资源配置、提高设备利用率,科研仪器器材的开放共享尤为重要。本文首先阐明了国内外共享科研仪器管理的工作现状并对比了美国、日本等发达国家的发展情况。实际上,我国目前仍然面临着不少难题,包括科研仪器器材利用率和共享率低、缺乏专业的管理人才、缺乏有效的共享激励和约束机制等问题。
With the rapid development of economy and society,the level of science and technology has increasingly become an important index to measure a country's strength.In our country,it is not only attaches great importance to scientific research,but also invests a lot of resources to promote various work in the scientific field.The obvious change is that all kinds of scientific research instruments and equipment have increased significantly.In the era of the internet,in order to optimize resource allocation and improve equipment utilization,the open sharing of scientific research instruments and equipment is particularly important.Firstly,this paper expounds the current situation of shared scientific research instrument management at home and abroad,and compares the development of developed countries such as the United States and Japan.In fact,China is still facing many problems,including low utilization and sharing rate of scientific research instruments and equipment,lack of professional management talents,effective sharing incentive and restraint mechanism,as well as lack of management consciousness and low degree of marketiza⁃tion and.
