Pfm Redon一次性闭合高负压引流装置应用于下颌下腺切除手术的临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察Pfm Redon-次性闭合高负压引流装置在下领下腺切除术后的引流效果,并与传统普通负压引流装置进行比较。方法行下颌下腺切除术的88例患者中,44例采用Pfm Redon-次性闭合高负压引流装置,44例采用普通负压引流装置。比较两组患者术后每日伤口引流量、总引流量、置管天数、舒适度等指标。结果闭合高负压组和普通负压组患者术后1天、2天引流量及总引流量无显著性差异,术后3天闭合高负压组引流量显著低于普通负压组,闭合高负压组置管时间显著短于普通负压组,术后舒适度主观评分压闭合高负压组显著优于普通负压组。结论Pfm Redon-次性闭合高负压引流装置用于下颌下腺切除术,术区引流效果满意,较普通负压引流装置具有置管时间短、舒适度高、皮瓣贴合度更好的优点,值得临床推广使用。 Objective To evaluate the effect of Pfm Redon high vacuum drainage device in the submandibular gland surgery. Methods A total of 88 patients who underwent an operation of submandibular gland were reviewed.Fortyfour patients used Pfm Redon high vacuum drainage device and 44 patients used traditional negative pressure drainage device. The daily and total drainage volume of fluid after operation, duration of drainage, comfort level of the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in first day, second day in total drainage volume. Third day drainage volume of high vacuum drainage device group was significantly less than that of the traditional negative pressure drainage device group. The drainage duration of high vacuum drainage device group was significantly shorter than that of the traditional negative pressure drainage device group. Comfort level of the high vacuum drainage device group was significantly higher than that of the traditional negative pressure drainage device group. Conclusions Pfm Redon high vacuum drainage device could achieve good drainage effect in the submandibular gland surgery with shorter drainage duration, higher comfort level and should be widely used.
