摘要 基于中心城区绿色拆除改建施工实际应用案例,提出了低环境扰动的总体拆除改建方案,介绍了既有建筑拆除区域精细化划分方法与绿色静力切割拆除技术。对拆除阶段利用原结构作为支撑结构的受力情况进行了详细分析,阐述了拆除施工过程结构与环境的监测内容及要求,为建筑密集区既有建筑物拆除改建工程项目提供一种绿色精细化解决方案。 Based on the practical application case of green demolition and reconstruction in central urban area,the overall demolition and reconstruction scheme with low environmental disturbance is put forward,and the refined division method of existing building demolition area and green static cutting demolition technology are introduced.The stress condition using the original structure as the supporting structure in the demolition stage is analyzed in detail,and the monitoring contents and requirements of structure and environment in the demolition construction process are described,so as to provide a green and refined solution for demolition and reconstruction projects of existing buildings in densely built areas.
