摘要
微循环障碍为股骨头坏死的主要病理特征,与股骨头坏死关系密切,伴随股骨头坏死发病过程的始末,是研究其发生机制的一项重要途径。中医药是我国治疗股骨头坏死的重要手段之一。文章对相关文献进行分析,对中医药改善股骨头坏死微循环障碍相关研究做一综述,以期为股骨头坏死微循环紊乱的治疗及研究提供支撑。
Microcirculation disturbance is the main pathological feature of femoral head necrosis,which is closely related to femoral head necrosis.It is an important way to study the pathogenesis of femoral head necrosis because it is accompanying the onset and end of the pathogenesis of femoral head necrosis.Traditional Chinese medicine is one of the important methods for the treatment of femoral head necrosis in our country.This article analyzes the relevant literature and summarizes related researches on improving the microcirculation disorder of femoral head necrosis with Chinese medicine,with a prospect to provide support for treatment and research on the microcirculation disorder of femoral head necrosis.
