摘要
目的建立纸芯片与敞开式质谱联合法检测减肥保健品中3种常见非法添加剂的分析技术。方法依据酸刻蚀法制备通道型纸芯片,分别考察纸芯片的几何通道尺寸、不同比例有机喷雾溶剂所需的通道疏水坝宽度和喷雾电压对目标物的分析响应影响。将纸芯片与敞开式质谱联合,分析减肥保健品中西布曲明、安非他酮和氟西汀的成分。结果在正离子模式和3.5 kV电压下,以甲醇/水为溶剂,3种目标物在0.25-50.00 μg/mL表现出良好的线性关系,γ^(2)均大于0.99,检出限为0.1 μg/mL,回收率为89.9%-107.4%,3种目标物在纸芯片喷雾纸上的相对强度与普通三角形喷雾纸增强了 1.11-2.15倍,线性关系也略有提高,且检出限降低了 2.75-3.5倍。25批次的实际样品中有19批次样品检测出了 1种或多种违禁添加剂成分。结论纸芯片结合敞开式质谱法可用于减肥类保健品中违禁添加剂的快速筛查手段。
Objective To establish a method for the detection of 3 kinds of common illegal additives in weight-loss health care products by paper chip-ambient mass spectrometry.Methods The channel type paper chips were prepared by acid etching method,the effects of geometrical channel size,channel drain width and spray voltage of different proportion organic spray solvents on the target analytical responses were investigated,the paper chip combined with open mass spectrometry was used to analyze butramine,bupropion and fluoxetine in weight-loss health care products.Results Under positive ion mode and 3.5 kV voltage,using methanol/water as solvent,the 3 kinds of target compounds showed good linearities in the range of 0.25-50.00 μg/mL,with γ^(2) all greater than 0.99,the limits of detection were 0.1 μg/mL and the recoveries were 89.9%-107.4%,the relative intensities of 3 kinds of analytes in channel-type spray paper were increased by 1.11-2.15 times compared with ordinary triangular spray paper,the linear relationship was also improved and the limits of detection were reduced 2.75-3.5 times.There were19 batches in 25 actual samples were detected one or more illegal additives ingredients.Conclusion The paper chip combined with ambient mass spectrometry can be used as a preliminary screening technique for the detection of illegal additives in weight-loss health care products.
