摘要
目的了解大专院校学生安全性行为决策能力情况,评价综合干预效果,为促进学生安全性行为提供参考。方法采用随机整群抽样方法,于2019年9月选取成都某大专院校27个班的1179名大一新生作为研究对象。采用专题讲座、同伴教育方式进行安全性行为决策能力的训练。基线调查有效问卷909份,终末调查有效问卷1175份。分析干预效果。结果干预后,大学生艾滋病防范意识明显增强,首次性行为安全套使用率和最近一次性行为安全套使用率明显提高,大学生安全性行为决策能力明显提升,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论开展基于安全性行为决策能力的综合干预,能明显提高大学生艾滋病防范意识、安全套使用率和安全性行为的决策能力。
Objective To understand the decision making ability of college students′safe sexual behavior,and evaluate the intervention effect,then provide reference for promoting safe sexual behavior of students.Methods A random cluster sampling method was used to select 1,179 freshmen from 27 classes of a college in Chengdu in September 2019.Special lectures and peer education were used to train the decision-making ability of safe sex.There were 909 valid questionnaires in the baseline survey and 1,175 valid questionnaires in the final sur-vey.Results After the intervention,the awareness of AIDS prevention of college students was significantly enhanced,the condom use rate of the first sexual act and the condom use rate of the latest sexual act was significantly increased,and the decision-making ability of safe sex was significantly improved,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive intervention based on safe sex decision-making ability can significantly improve the aware-ness of AIDS prevention,condom use rate and safe sex decision-making ability of college students.
