树脂水门汀的粘接厚度对玻璃陶瓷剪切粘接强度和碎裂载荷的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究不同粘接剂厚度对IPS e.max CAD玻璃陶瓷剪切粘接强度和碎裂载荷的影响。方法选择牙冠完整无龋的第三磨牙60颗,去除[牙合]面的釉质部分并暴露牙本质,牙齿随机分成5组(n=12),分别使用Multilink N树脂水门汀处理并粘接IPS e.max CAD瓷片和离体牙粘接面,依据粘接后粘接剂厚度不同,分为40 μm组、80 μm组、120 μm组、160 μm组和200 μm组。然后对5组粘接试件进行剪切粘接强度实验和碎裂载荷实验,并将所有测试结束后的粘接试件在体视显微镜和扫描电镜下进行观察,记录试件断裂时的界面破坏形式,采用 SPSS 19.0 进行数据统计分析。结果各组(由薄至厚)的剪切粘接强度分别为(17.75±6.04)MPa、(20.17±2.95)MPa、(20.70±5.14)MPa、(26.70±7.37)MPa和(21.77±4.07)MPa;各组相应的碎裂载荷值分别为(2333.37±439.52)N、(2332.78±486.51)N、(2881.18±504.41)N、(3479.38±508.27)N和(2836.52±268.97)N。统计结果表明厚度为160 μm的粘接组剪切粘接强度值最大,显著高于40 μm和80 μm组(P<0.05),而与120 μm和200 μm的粘接组的剪切粘接强度值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);160 μm的粘接组碎裂载荷值最大,显著高于其余4组(P<0.05);断裂模式分析发现:除了混合破坏,160 μm组可见瓷片与牙体内聚破坏,其他组还可见界面破坏。结论不同粘接剂厚度均能不同程度地影响玻璃陶瓷的剪切粘接强度和碎裂载荷,其中160 μm组的剪切粘接强度和碎裂载荷最高,粘接强度最高,表现出较优的力学性能。 Objective The aim of this study was to explore the effects of 5 kinds of adhesive thickness on the shear strength and fracture load of IPS e.max CAD glass-ceramic materials.Methods The enamel part were removed on the occlusal surface and the dentin of third molars with intact crowns and no caries were exposed.60 specimens were obtained after being cemented with resin adhesive(Multilink N)and randomly divided into 5 groups(n=12).The adhesive thickness of different groups is 40μm,80μm,120μm,160μm,200μm.Shear strength test and fracture load test are carried out for 5 groups of specimen to evaluate the effects of different adhesives thickness on the shear strength and fracture load of IPS e.max CAD glass-ceramic materials.SPSS 19.0 was used for data analysis,and the significance level was at 0.05.Results The shear strength values of group 40μm,group 80μm,group 120μm,group 160μm,group 200μm are(2333.37±439.52)MPa,(2332.78±486.51)MPa,(2881.18±504.41)MPa,(3479.38±508.27)MPa,(2836.52±268.97)MPa.The fragmentation load values of group 40μm,group 80μm,group 120μm,group 160μm,group 200μm are(17.75±6.04)N,(20.17±2.95)N,(20.70±5.14)N,(26.70±7.37)N,(21.77±4.07)N.Thickness of 160μm shows best bonding strength and superior mechanical property.The fracture load of dentin and ceramic block in the group with the adhesives thickness of 120μm is obviously higher than that in the groups with thickness in 40μm and 80μm.However,the difference between the group with adhesives thickness of 120μm and the group with adhesives thickness of 200μm is not statistically significant.Besides,for both groups,the two fracture modes of mixed failure and cohesive failure were observed inside the teeth.Conclusions In this experiment,different adhesive thickness can affect the shear strength and fracture load of glass-ceramic materials to varying degrees.The group with thickness of 160μm shows best bonding strength and superior mechanical property.
