摘要
草乌甲素是一种从乌头属植物滇西嘟拉(Aconitum L.bulleyanum Diels)中分离得到的C-19二萜双酯型生物碱。它不但具有良好的镇痛、抗炎等作用,且毒副作用较小,明显低于阿片类及非甾体类抗炎药物。因此,草乌甲素已广泛用于临床治疗各类慢性疼痛,如:类风湿性关节炎、骨关节炎、神经病理性疼痛、癌性疼痛等。本文围绕草乌甲素的作用机制、药理作用、已有的剂型及联合用药的策略,归纳总结了其在国内外的研究现状。
Bulleyaconitine A is a C-19 diterpene diester alkaloid isolated from Aconitum L.bulleyanum Diels.It not only has good analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects,but also has less toxic and side effects,which is significantly lower than that of opioids and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.Therefore,Bulleyaconitine A has been widely used in clinical treatments of various chronic pains,such as rheumatoid arthritis,osteoarthritis,neuropathic pain,cancer pain etc.This review summarizes the current research status of Bulleyaconitine A in domestic and abroad,focusing on the mechanism of action,pharmacological effects,existing formulations and drug in combination.
