摘要
采用2,3-二氨基萘和8-羟基久洛尼定-9-甲醛合成了一种新型的久洛尼定衍生物(AM),通过元素分析、质谱和核磁氢谱等方法对AM的结构进行了表征,并对其荧光性质进行研究。实验研究结果表明,AM在溶液中对Cu^(2+)有很高的选择性,可作为荧光探针用于Cu^(2+)检测。采用AM对Cu^(2+)测定的线性范围为0~1.2×10^(-6) mol/L,检出限为1.09×10^(-8) mol/L。相对标准偏差为4.76%,回收率为96.9%~105.1%,具有较高的灵敏性和识别效果。
A new Julolidine derivative(AM)was synthesized from 8-hydroxyjulolidine-9-aldehyde and 2,3-diaminonaphthalene.The structure was characterized by elemental analyses,EI-MS,and 1H NMR,and its fluorescent properties was also investigated.The results showed that this compound was highly selective to Cu2+in solution so that it can be used as fluorescent probe.It exhibits a dynamic response concentration range for Cu^(2+)from 0~1.2×10^(-6) mol/L with a detection limit of 1.09×10^(-8) mol/L.The relative standard deviation was 4.76%and the recoveries were from 96.9%to 105.1%,which had high sensitivity and good recognition effect.
