摘要
[目的/意义]为提高复杂产品企业知识管理效率,使其对企业研发提供帮助,以模块化理论为基础,构建复杂产品情境下的知识管理模型。[方法/过程]通过对模块化和知识管理相关文献梳理,明晰复杂产品企业模块化知识管理过程,构建基于模块化理论的复杂产品知识管理模型。并与国产大飞机研发过程匹配,验证模型有效性。[结果/结论]复杂产品知识管理过程由知识分解、知识匹配、知识协作、知识集成4个阶段构成。模型的构建有助于复杂产品企业明确知识管理过程、建立和完善模块化生产体系、开展高效的知识管理活动,为复杂产品研发提供借鉴和参考。
[Purpose/significance] In order to improve the efficiency of knowledge management of complex product enterprises and provide help for the innovation of complex product enterprises in China, a knowledge management model under complex product situation is constructed based on modularization theory.[Method/process] This paper reviews the literature on modularization and knowledge management, analyzes the process of modularization knowledge management, and constructs a complex product knowledge management model based on modularization theory.At the same time, the model is matched with the development process of domestic large aircraft to verify the effectiveness of the model.[Result/conclusion] Modular knowledge management process consists of four stages: knowledge decomposition, knowledge matching, knowledge collaboration and knowledge integration.The model is helpful for complex product enterprises to define the knowledge management process, establish and improve the modular production system, and carry out efficient knowledge management activities, and provide reference for complex product research and development.
