顶管技术在市政给排水施工中的应用探究 被引量:7

摘要 在城市化建设发展的同时,各项施工技术的成熟度也得到了提升。就顶管这一施工技术而言,它已经广泛应用于建筑行业,并在其中起到了关键性作用,在管道铺设过程中,不需要对地面进行大面积开挖,很大程度上降低了施工对周边环境造成的不良影响,大幅度提升了整体效益。在诸多市政工程中,给排水工程至关重要。可以说,给排水工程都是在市区内进行建设的,一般是在人口较为密集的区域施工,其难度较大,如果使用传统开挖施工方式会对周围交通、城市运营产生影响,不利于施工顺利开展。只有全面创新技术形式,才能保证城市正常运行。顶管技术在市政建设中取得了良好的应用,这项技术不需开挖地面,只需用顶管设备做好给排水管道安装,节省了成本,增加了效能。文章就顶管施工技术应用进行了分析。 With the development of urbanization construction,the maturity of various construction technologies has been improved.As far as the construction technology of pipe jacking is concerned,it has been widely used in the construction industry,and has played a key role in it.In the process of pipeline laying,there is no need for large-scale excavation of the ground,which greatly reduces the adverse impact of construction on the surrounding environment and greatly improves the overall efficiency.In many municipal projects,water supply and drainage engineering is very important.It can be said that water supply and drainage projects are built in urban areas,generally in densely populated areas,which is more difficult,so if the traditional excavation construction method has an impact on the surrounding traffic and urban operation,it is not conducive to the smooth development of the construction.Only by innovating the form of technology in an all-round way can we ensure the normal operation of the city.Pipe jacking technology has achieved good application in municipal construction,but this technology does not need to dig the ground;therefore,when pipe jacking equipment is used to install water supply and drainage pipes,it saves cost and increases efficiency.Thus,the application of pipe jacking construction technology is analyzed in this paper.
