摘要
铝合金型材表面氧化电源走过了相控整流(晶闸管)电源阶段,已开始进入脉宽调制(PWM)整流电源(高频开关电源)的应用阶段。由于铝型材表面氧化工艺多样性和复杂性,不同的氧化工艺对应的氧化电压不一样,采用的氧化电源类型也需要合理配置、达到最佳效果。目前高频开关电源有二种整流技术路线,即肖特基或快恢复二极管整流和场效应管(MOSFET)整流,都具有体积小、重量轻和效率高等的特点,我们通过高频开关电源二种不同整流方式原理分析对比,可以得出应用中各自的优缺点,在铝型材表面氧化不同的工艺中发挥各自的优势,将成为主流氧化电源技术。高频开关电源技术日益成熟、优势显著,可以有效提高能源利用率、降低碳排放,扩大高频开关电源在铝型材表面氧化中应用是必由之路。
Aluminum alloy profile surface oxidation power has gone through the phase control rectifier(thyristor)power supply stage,has begun to enter the pulse width modulation(PWM)rectifier power supply(high frequency switching power supply)application stage.Due to the diversity and complexity of the surface oxidation process of aluminum profiles,different oxidation processes correspond to different oxidation voltages,and the type of oxidation power supply used also needs to be reasonably configured to achieve the best effect.At present,there are two kinds of high frequency switching power supply rectifier technology route,namely Schottky or fast recovery diode rectifier and MOS(field effect tube)rectifier,both have the characteristics of small size,light weight and high efficiency,we through the high frequency switching power supply two different ways of rectifier principle analysis and comparison,we can get the advantages and disadvantages of each application.It will become the mainstream oxidation power technology to give play to their advantages in different oxidation processes of aluminum profile surface.Highfrequency switching power supply technology is increasingly mature,significant advantages,can effectively improve energy efficiency,reduce carbon emissions,expand the application of high-frequency switching power supply in aluminum profile surface oxidation is the only way.
