摘要
目的探讨脑钠肽和尿酸水平在非瓣膜性房颤患者转复窦性心律中的表达含量以及临床意义。方法选取2015年5月—2016年5月于本院心血管内科住院的62例非瓣膜性房颤患者为研究对象,其中32例为经过规范药物治疗2~3周,但是为未能恢复窦性心律的持续性房颤患者组,30例为经过治疗后恢复了窦性心律的阵发性房颤患者组,测定并比较两组患者脑钠肽、尿酸和血小板计数水平,并行统计学分析。结果阵发性房颤组的脑钠肽,尿酸指标均低于持续性房颤组,差异有在统计学意义(P<0.05)。血小板计数对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。通过Logistic回归显示,脑钠肽(OR=1.004,P<0.05)是影响房颤转律的因素。结论脑钠肽水平低的房颤患者有更大转复窦性心律的机会。
Objective To study the levels of BNP and uric acid in recovery sinus rhythm patients with nonvalvular atrial fibrillation(AF)in cardioversion and clinical significance.Methods 62 patients with non valvular atrial fibrillation hospitalized in the Department of cardiovascular medicine of our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were selected as the research objects,including 32 patients with persistent atrial fibrillation who failed to recover sinus rhythm after standard drug treatment for 2~3 weeks,and 30 patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation who recovered sinus rhythm after treatment.Brain natriuretic peptide and Uric acid and platelet count levels were analyzed statistically.Results BNP and uric acid in paroxysmal atrial fibrillation group were lower than those in persistent atrial fibrillation group(P<0.05).Compared with platelet count,there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).The Logistic regression showed that brain natriuretic peptide(OR=1.004,P<0.05)was the factor affecting the rhythm of atrial fibrillation.Conclusion Patients with atrial fibrillation with low brain natriuretic peptide have a greater chance of reversion to sinus rhythm.
