摘要
怀湛高速铁路是"八纵八横"国家高速铁路网规划南北向通道的重要构成部分,合理确定怀湛高速铁路引入怀化铁路枢纽方案,对怀湛高速铁路项目建设具有重要的促进作用。基于怀化铁路枢纽现状、格局、分工与城市规划,提出怀湛高速铁路自怀化南站东端与西端引入枢纽2个方案4个子方案,经初步分析后选择引入怀邵衡场方案与引入沪昆场、新设中方北站方案作为备选方案,借助戴布拉图进行比较分析,最终推荐怀湛高速铁路引入沪昆场、新设中方北站方案,满足工程设置及车站设置条件,客货列车运输组织顺畅,工程投资较省且符合城市发展规划。
The Huaihua-Zhanjiang high speed railway is an important part as a north-south passage in the planning ofnational highspeed railway network involving eight north-south lines and eight west-east lines. A reasonable scheme for the introduction of the Huaihua-Zhanjiang high speed railway into the Huaihua railway hub will play an important role in promoting the construction of the Huaihua-Zhanjiang high speed railway project. Depending on the current situation, layout, division of duty, and urban planning of the Huaihua railway hub, this paper proposed two schemes(including four sub-schemes) for the introduction of Huaihua-Zhanjiang high speed railway into the hub, namely the introduction with the east and west ends of Huaihua South Station. After a preliminary analysis, the Huaihua-Shaoyang-Hengyang Yard and the Shanghai-Kunming Yard together with the newly established Chinese North Station were selected as the alternative targets for introduction. With the help of radar chart for comparison and analysis, the Shanghai-Kunming Yard together with the newly established Chinese North Station was recommended. The choice satisfies project setting and station setting conditions and accords with the urban development planning with smooth organization of passenger and freight transportation and low project investment.
