特大型缆索体系桥梁梁底检查车检测与评估方法

摘要 随着“三特”桥梁,尤其是特大型缆索体系桥梁管养需求的日益提升,对检修通道的可及性和可操作性提出了更大的要求。基于润扬大桥悬索桥和斜拉桥梁底检查车的运行方法和典型构造,提出一种基于风险等级的检查和评估方法。通过对车轨道、动力系统、电气系统、安全装置等方面的全面检查,从安全性和功能性方面对梁底检查车形成评估意见,为后续运营管养提供技术建议。 With the increasing demand for the maintenance of"three-special"bridges,especially the super-large cable system bridges,the accessibility and operability of the overhaul channels are required.Based on the operation method and typical structure of the bottom inspection vehicle of the suspension bridge and the cable-stayed bridge of Runyang Bridge,this paper proposes an inspection and evaluation method based on the risk level.Through the comprehensive inspection of vehicle track,power system,electrical system,safety device and other aspects,the evaluation opinions on the beam bottom inspection vehicle are formed from the aspects of safety and functionality,so as to provide technical suggestions for subsequent operation and maintenance.
