摘要
农业市场中"食品帝国"通过控制农业产业链而拥有生产定价权与消费定价权,农户日益丧失主体地位。因此,应该构建一种消费者与生产者直接对接的稳定的交易模式,减少交易环节,提高农民农业收入,恢复农民主体地位。中国人多地少的资源禀赋条件、复杂多变的自然地理环境以及家庭联产承包责任制决定了小农户将会长期存在。实现农业现代化就必须尊重家庭经营下小农户生产的特点,通过分析巢状市场视角下小农户参与订单农业的可行性以及小农户、巢状市场、订单农业三者的特点及相互作用关系,提出在巢状市场框架内构建小农户参与的订单农业模式的实现路径和运行机制,以解决小农户发展困境、消费者与农户之间信息不通、信任机制缺失等问题,更好地发挥农业农村的多功能性,促进农民增收,助力脱贫攻坚,实现农业现代化。
In the agricultural market,’Food Empire’has the right of production pricing and consumption pricing by controlling the agricultural industrial chain,and farmers are losing their dominant position day by day.Therefore,it is necessary to construct a stable trading mode of direct connection between consumers and producers,reducing trading links,improving farmers’agricultural income,and restore farmers’dominant position.China’s resource endowment conditions,complex and changeable natural geographical environment and household contract responsibility system determine that small farmers will exist for a long time.Realizing of agricultural modernization must respect the characteristics of small farmers under the production of household operation,through the analysis of nests under the market perspective the feasibility of small farmers to participate in the order agriculture and small farmers,the nests of the market and order agriculture characteristics and interaction relations,the nests within the framework of market orders for small farmers to participate in the agricultural mode of realization and running mechanism were put forward.In order to solve the development difficulties of small farmers,the lack of information between consumers and farmers,the lack of trust mechanism and other problems,better play the versatility of agriculture and rural areas,promote the increase of farmers’income,help the fight against poverty,and achieve agricultural modernization.
