麻地梁煤矿沟谷地形浅埋煤层矿压显现规律 被引量:4

Mining-induced pressures caused by mining shallow buried coal seam in the gully terrain of Madiliang Coal Mine

摘要 为研究沟谷地形下浅埋煤层综采工作面矿压显现规律,以麻地梁煤矿507首采工作面地质条件为背景,利用矿压动态监测系统,对工作面内液压支架工作阻力进行监测,分析了该工作面进入浅埋深区域后的矿压显现规律以及沟谷垂深、沟谷坡角、冲沟切割系数对支架工作阻力的影响。研究结果表明:507工作面周期来压呈现明显的“分区性”,来压主要体现在中部测区,上、下部测区来压特征不明显,总体来压次数少于中部;随着覆岩厚度的减小,来压步距增大,持续距离延长,动载系数亦有所增加。沟谷地形下,冲沟切割系数是影响支架阻力的主导因素,沟谷坡角次之。随着两者的增加,支架阻力增量均有所增大。冲沟切割系数大于0.65时,支架工作阻力增量超过10%;冲沟系数为0.40~0.65时,支架工作阻力增量为5%~10%;冲沟切割系数小于0.40时,支架工作阻力增量小于5%。 To study the characteristics of mining-induced pressures of a shallow-buried coal seam in gully terrain mined using comprehensive mining method,a case study was performed at the 507 Longwall panel in Madiliang Coal Mine.The working resistance of the hydraulic yields in the longwall face was monitored by a dynamic monitoring system.The characteristics of mining-induced pressures were evaluated as the longwall face entered the shallowly buried deep area.The influence of gully dip depth,gully slope angle,and gully cutting coefficient on the working resistance were investigated.The research results show that:the 507 longwall face cycle pressure presents obvious"zoning"pattern,pressures mainly occurred in the central measurement area and not distinct in the upper and lower measurement area.With the reduction of overburden thickness,the periodic weighting distance increases,and the duration of the weighting is extended,the dynamic load coefficient also increased.In the gully terrain,the gully cutting coefficient is the dominant factor affecting the working resistance,followed by the gully slope angle.With the increase of both,the increment of working resistance increases.When the gully cutting factor is greater than 0.65,the increment of working resistance is more than 10%;when the gully cutting factor is 0.40-0.65,the increment of working resistance is 5%-10%;when the gully cutting factor is less than 0.40,the increment of working resistance is less than 5%.
