摘要
某棚户区改造项目深基坑分仓施工紧邻正在运营地铁,为控制地铁结构变形,支护设计方案竖向设3道钢支撑。拆撑约束条件及其他边界条件给结构施工带来一系列组织与技术难题,如安全要求苛刻、施工间歇多、作业面狭小、回填难度大、防水逆做等。通过前期施工策划、重视细部节点处理工艺等,最终使复杂结构施工满足各方要求,顺利实现工程质量、安全、进度目标。
The sub-storage construction of a deep foundation pit of a shanty town reconstruction project is adjacent to a currently operating subway.To control the deformation of the subway structure,three vertical steel supports were set up in the supporting design scheme.Dismantling constraints and other boundary conditions brought a series of organizational and technical problems to the construction of the structure,such as strict safety requirements,multiple construction intervals,narrow work surface,difficult backfilling,and waterproof reverse construction,etc.Through pre-construction planning and much attention to detail node processing technology,etc.,the construction of complex structures has eventually met the requirements of all parties,and the project quality,safety,and schedule goals have all been smoothly achieved.
