摘要
饲料企业在日常经营中受到来自人事调整、生产管理、组织架构变动、成本控制等方面的影响,产生的风险相互叠加会使饲料企业的生产经营遭受剧烈冲击。经济管理创新是企业进行风险管理的基本方式之一,能有效防范企业生产经营过程中的风险。文章从当今中国饲料企业生产经营中的不足出发,分析得出饲料企业目前存在市场风险、政策风险、原材料价格风险、产品生产风险等,并以此为基础提出以下建议:中国饲料企业可以通过转变经营理念、修缮公司制度、加强原材料供应管理、建立仓储中心、完善物流体系、完善企业架构的方式来进行经济管理创新,进而降低企业的生产经营风险,提升市场竞争力,促进饲料企业的可持续发展。
In the daily operations of feed companies,they will be affected by personnel changes,production management,organizational change,cost control and other aspects.The superposition of risks generated will make the production and operation of feed companies suffer a severe impact.Economic management innovation is one of the basic ways for enterprises to carry out risk management,which can effectively prevent risks in the production and operation of enterprises.Based on the current deficiencies in the production and operation of Chinese feed companies,the article analyzes that feed companies currently have market risks,policy risks,raw material price risks,production risks and other risks.Based on these,the article proposed that Chinese feed companies can update their operation concept,repair company system,strengthen raw material supply management,establish warehousing center,improve logistics system,improve corporate organization layout to innovate economic management methods and reduce the enterprise’s production and operation risks to promote the sustainable development of feed enterprises in order to enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises.
