摘要
通过对近40年来黄花菜中含有秋水仙碱的报道和30余起食用新鲜黄花菜导致中毒事件进行总结梳理,发现黄花菜中含有秋水仙碱已成为共识。由于检测技术受限,前期主要采用薄层色谱及高效液相色谱法对黄花菜中秋水仙碱进行定性定量分析,而随着检测技术的进步,特别是质谱技术的应用,最新研究发现黄花菜中不存在秋水仙碱,食用新鲜黄花菜中毒与秋水仙碱无关。
For decades,it has been thought that Hemerocallis citrina Borani contains colchicine,which is the ingredient leading to poisoning and diarrhea.In this paper,the reports of H.citrina contains colchicine in recent 40 years and more than 30 poisoning cases caused by eating the fresh flower buds of H.citrina were summarized.It was found that H.citrina contained colchicine has become a consensus.Due to the limitation of detection technology,thin-layer chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography were mainly used for qualitative and quantitative analysis of colchicine in H.citrina.With the development of detection technologies,especially the application of mass spectrometry,the latest research have found that colchicine does not exist in this plant,and the poisoning events have nothing to do with colchicine.
