摘要
埋线疗法是针灸的发展和延伸。从最初《黄帝内经》的"九针理论",到金元时期何若愚的"时间针法"、窦汉卿的"针刺十四法",医者运用不同方法对穴位进行刺激,以疏通经络、调和气血、平衡阴阳,从而达到扶正祛邪,治疗疾病的目的。20世纪50、60年代,出现了将羊膜组织通过切开包埋的方式埋入喘息、大杼、风门等穴治疗支气管哮喘的案例。20世纪70年代后期,埋线疗法在治疗慢性病和虚证的基础上增加了急症和实证,病种涉及到内、外、妇、儿等科。随着现代科学技术的发展,埋线中埋藏材料由原来动物组织的垂体、腺体发展到羊肠线;埋线工具由手术刀演化成一次性无菌专用埋线针;穿刺技巧增加了提插、摇摆、扫散等行针手法;埋线部位突破了传统的不在血管、神经附近针刺或埋线的禁区。
Catgut embedding therapy is the development and extension of acupuncture.From the original "Nine Needle Theory" in Huang Di Nei Jing to He Ruoyu′s "Time Acupuncture Methods" and Dou Hanqing′s "Fourteen Acupuncture Methods" in Jin and Yuan Dynasties,doctors used different methods to stimulate acupoints to dredge the meridians and harmonize the Qi.Blood,balances Yin and Yang,so as to achieve the purpose of strengthening the body and eliminating evil,and curing diseases.In the 1950 s and 1960 s,there were cases of treating bronchial asthma by embedding amniotic membrane tissue into the acupoints such as wheeze,Dazhu,and Fengmen by incision and embedding.In the late 1970 s,Catgut embedding therapy added emergency and excessive diseases to the treatment of chronic diseases and deficiency syndromes.The types of diseases involved internal medicine,external medicine,gynecology,and pediatrics.With the development of modern science and technology,the embedding material in the embedding has developed from the pituitary gland and gland of the original animal tissue to the catgut,the embedding tool has evolved from a scalpel into a disposable sterile special embedding needle,the puncture technique has increased Acupuncture techniques such as inserting,swinging,and sweeping,and the embedding location breaks through the traditional forbidden area for acupuncture or embedding near blood vessels and nerves.
