摘要
针对隧道工程锚杆质量检测速度慢的问题,提出一种超声波无损检测方法:通过室内沙槽模拟试验对锚杆超声波信号检测,用EMD方法对检测的锚杆超声波信号特征进行分析.结果表明,利用超声波检测方法可精确定位识别锚杆缺陷位置及其底部位置;通过EMD分解检测信号,可发现能量分布以及锚杆底部位置和缺陷位置信息主要集中在前几个IMF分量,且能量分布与锚杆直径及发射功率等外界因素无关.
Considering that it is difficult to detect the quality of rock bolt quickly,an ultrasonic nondestructive detection method is proposed.The ultrasonic signal detection of rock bolt is realized through indoor sand trough simulation test,and the ultrasonic signal characteristics are analyzed by EMD method.The result shows that the ultrasonic detection method can accurately locate and identify the bolt defect position and its bottom position.Through EMD decomposition of the detection signal,it is found that the information of energy distribution,bolt bottom position and defect position is mainly concentrated in the first few IMF components,and energy distribution has nothing to do with external factors such as bolt diameter and transmitted power.
