摘要
目的通过临床对比分析鼻骨骨折患者实施鼻内镜下复位术治疗中整体护理的应用效果。方法共计抽取94例鼻骨骨折患者进行研究分析,所有患者均在鼻内镜下实施手术治疗,术中配合常规护理的47例为对照组,配合整体护理的47例为研究组,分组对比切口感染率、VAS疼痛评分、护理满意度评分以及健康SF-36评分。结果研究组患者护理后切口感染发生率(4.26%)低于对照组(27.66%),VAS评分低于对照组,护理满意度评分高于对照组,研究组患者护理后健康SF-36评分与对照组相比均较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻骨骨折患者实施鼻内镜手术治疗中配合整体护理能够有效提升术后康复质量,降低患者手术后感染等不安全事件的发生,缓解患者疼痛等不适感受,提升患者对护理工作的满意程度以及护理依从性,促进患者各类生活水平的提升,具有较高的临床应用和推广价值。
Objective To compare and analyze the effect of holistic nursing in the treatment of nasal bone fracture by endoscopic reduction.Methods A total of 94 patients with nasal bone fracture were selected for study and analysis.All patients underwent surgical treatment under nasal endoscope.Forty-seven patients who cooperated with routine nursing during operation were the control group and 47 patients who cooperated with holistic nursing were the research group.The incision infection rate,VAS pain score,nursing satisfaction score and health SF-36 score were compared.Results The incision infection rate(4.26%)in the study group was lower than that in the control group(27.66%),the VAS score was lower than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction score was higher than that in the control group.The health SF-36 score in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic sinus surgery combined with holistic nursing can effectively improve the quality of rehabilitation,reduce the occurrence of unsafe incidents such as infection,relieve pain and other discomfort in patients with nasal bone fracture,improve patients'satisfaction with nursing work and nursing compliance,and promote all kinds of living water of patients.The promotion of Ping has high clinical application and popularization value.
