摘要
随着研究生招生规模逐渐扩大,研究生思想政治教育工作日益突出,立德树人根本任务以及服务研究生成长成才越显重要。通过对安徽省部分理工高校硕士研究生和在职研究生辅导员、班主任的问卷调查和访谈情况,分析研究生的思想政治教育现状以及其中的影响因素。依据调查分析结果显示:理工科研究生思想政治教育整体现状良好,但也存在着研究生思想政治教育制度有待完善、思政教育服务有待提高、思政教育阵地有待夯实等的问题。对此提出强化理工科研究生思想政治教育制度建设、强化导师育人功能、健全思政教育队伍以实现“三全育人”等建议。
With the gradual expansion of graduate enrollment,the ideological and political education of graduate students becomes more and more prominent.Based on questionnaire survey and interview of postgraduates,in-service postgraduate counselors and head teachers in some universities of science and technology in Anhui Province,the current situation and influence factors of ideological and political education for postgraduates was analyzed.According to the results of the survey and analysis,the overall situation of ideological and political education of science and engineering postgraduates was good.However,there were also some problems,such as the system of ideological and political education needs to be improved,the service of ideological and political education needs to be improved and the position of Ideological and political education needs to be consolidated.In this regard,it is proposed to strengthen the ideological and political education system construction of science and engineering postgraduates,strengthen the tutor education function and improve the ideological and political education team to achieve“three complete education”.
