摘要
目的探讨脑梗死患者血清高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、氧化低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL)的表达及意义。方法选取2018-01—2019-12商丘市中心医院治疗的急性脑梗死患者220例(观察组),其中大动脉粥样硬化型(LAA)108例,小动脉闭塞型(SAO)82例,心源性栓塞型(CE)30例,同时选取健康体检者100例为对照组,检测血清hs-CRP、ox-LDL表达水平。结果观察组血清hs-CRP、ox-LDL水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组CE型患者血清hs-CRP水平明显高于LAA和SAO型患者(P<0.05);观察组LAA型患者血清ox-LDL水平、NIHSS评分明显高于SAO和CE型患者(P<0.05),血清hs-CRP、ox-LDL水平与NIHSS评分呈正相关(r=0.398、0.404,P<0.05),hs-CRP与ox-LDL呈正相关(r=0.480,P<0.05)。结论不同分型脑梗死患者血清hs-CRP、ox-LDL表达有所差异,与神经功能缺损程度有关。
Objective To investigate the levels and significance of high sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and oxidized low density lipoprotein(ox-LDL)in patients with different toast types of cerebral infarction.Methods From January 2018 to December 2019,220 patients with acute cerebral infarction(observation group)were selected,including 108 patients with large atherosclerosis(LAA),82 patients with small artery occlusion(SAO)and 30 patients with cardiogenic embolism(CE),and 100 healthy people were selected as the control group.The expression of hs-CRP and ox-LDL in serum was detected.Results The serum hs-CRP and ox-LDL in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,hs-CRP in patients with CE type were significantly higher than that of patients with LAA and SAO type(P<0.05).The serum ox-LDL and NIHSS score of LAA patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those of SAO and CE patients(P<0.05);serum hs-CRP and ox-LDL were positively correlated with NIHSS score(r=0.398,0.404,P<0.05),and hs-CRP were positively correlated with ox-LDL(r=0.480,P<0.05).Conclusion The expressions of serum hs-CRP and ox-LDL in patients with different types of cerebral infarction are different,which have a certain relationship with the degree of neurological damage.
