动态不良天气图像去雨雪增强方法研究

摘要 本文主要对动态不良天气成像图像去雨雪进行研究,提出了基于背景建模的图像去雨雪方法,并将算法应用于静止场景和含运动目标场景,并对比分析了各算法的测试效果,经验证算法能够有效提高后续目标检测、跟踪、识别的准确度。
