摘要
为应对全球气候变化,中国作出“双碳”目标的承诺,要在2030年前实现碳达峰,2060年前实现碳中和。分析了“双碳”目标对炼化行业产生的挑战及影响,既面临着传统炼油厂转型和能源结构重构的挑战,也是催生炼油厂新旧动能加速转换,缩小与他国差距,实现绿色工业化的机遇。概述了实现“双碳”目标的5条路径,即倡导能源高效利用,加强节能减排力度;碳捕集与封存;二氧化碳/甲烷高效利用转化;高度重视森林碳汇和海洋碳汇助力双碳目标的实现;开发新能源替代化石能源。作为碳排放重点行业,炼化行业需要积极探索高效减排路径,多措并举,引领行业绿色安全的发展。
In response to global climate change,China has made a“dual carbon”goal,aiming to achieve peak carbon dioxide emissions before 2030 and also carbon neutrality before 2060.This paper analyzes the challenges and impacts of the“dual carbon”goal on the refining and chemical industry.The industry is faced with not only the challenges from the transformation of traditional refineries and the reconstruction of energy structure,but also an opportunity for accelerating the transformation between old and new driving forces of the refineries,narrowing the gap with other countries and achieving green industrialization.Five paths of achieving the“dual carbon”goal are proposed,namely to advocate efficient energy utilization and increase efforts in energy conservation and emission reduction,realize carbon capture and storage,achieve the efficient utilization and conversion of CO_(2)/methane,attach great importance to forest carbon sinks and ocean carbon sinks to help reach the“dual carbon”goal,and develop new energies to replace fossil fuels.As a key industry of carbon emissions,the refining and chemical industry needs to actively explore paths for efficient emission reduction,take various measures,and play a leading role in green and safe development of the industry.
