摘要
在临床医学专业理论教学中,传统课堂保障了教师在课堂教学中的主导地位,但削弱了学生的中心主体地位。见习阶段各驻点医院负责学生带教工作,这种“分散式”教学和医生带课的形式加大了教学改革、课堂督导以及教学评估与反馈的难度。在同质化教学基础上,融入数字化智慧教学平台,将课堂实景、教学课件、课堂考勤以及习题测验等教学环节同步到在线平台。这不仅解决了临床医学专业驻点教学的诸多问题,同时也有效地调动了学生的学习主动性和创造性。
In the theoretical teaching of clinical medicine,the traditional classroom guarantees the leading position of teachers in classroom teaching,but weakens the central subject position of students.During the probation phase,the hospitals at the station are responsible for the work of teaching students.This"decentralized"teaching and the form of doctors leading lessons has increased the difficulty of teaching reform,classroom supervision,and teaching evaluation and feedback.On the basis of homogenous teaching,it integrates into the digital smart teaching platform,and synchronizes the teaching links of classroom scenes,teaching courseware,classroom attendance,and exercise tests to the online platform.This not only solves many problems of clinical medicine professional station teaching,but also effectively mobilizes students’learning initiative and creativity.
