摘要
目的探讨品管圈在提高导分诊人员岗位胜任力中的应用效果。方法科内于2020年6—8月成立品管圈,以17名导分诊人员为研究对象,选择“提高导分诊人员岗位胜任力”为主题,实施品管圈活动的十大步骤,比较活动前后的导分诊人员岗位胜任力分值。结果品管圈活动后导分诊人员的岗位胜任力得分从活动前的(85±8.13)分提高到(93±5.78)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论进行品管圈活动能有效提高导分诊人员的岗位胜任力。
Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle in improving the post competence of guide and triage staff.Methods The department established a quality control circle from June to August 2020,with 17 guides and triagers as the research objects,and selected"improving the job competence of guides and triagers"as the theme.Implement the ten major steps of the quality control circle activities,compared the job competency scores of the guide and triage staff before and after the activity.Results After the quality control circle activity,the job competency score of the triage staff increased from(85±8.13)points before the activity to(93±5.78)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion Carrying out quality control circle activities can effectively improve the job competence of the guidance and triage staff.
