摘要
目的对不孕不育合并糖尿病患者进行诊断,分析相关性因素及患者发病原因。方法将该院2020年1月—2021年7月不孕不育合并糖尿病患者与健康群体进行对照分析,从而分析不孕不育及糖尿病发生原因及糖尿病对患者身体的影响。结果在60例患者检查过程中,其中内分泌因素28例,占比46.67%,输卵管、输精管因素22例,占比36.67%,免疫因素为10例,占比为16.67%。观察组患者血红蛋白水平(9.45±2.64)%,对照组血红蛋白水平(4.54±0.46)%,在两组受检者血清瘦素(Leptin)、抗子宫内膜抗体(EmAb)和抗精子抗体(ASAb)对比中,观察组Leptin含量低于对照组,EmAb、ASAb阳性率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组男性精子总数、精子存活率及精液量、血清睾酮差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组女性经量、生殖道感染及卵巢储备降低、性欲障碍差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者血糖水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论发生不孕不育的因素众多,糖尿病患者是发生不孕不育症的主要群体,对此,应当对育龄患者进行生殖健康教育,从而有效控制血糖,降低不孕不育症的发生率。
Objective To diagnose patients with infertility and diabetes,and analyze related factors and the causes of disease.Methods A comparative analysis of patients with infertility and diabetes in the hospital from January 2020 to July 2021 with healthy population was carried out to analyze the causes of infertility and diabetes and the impact of diabetes on the patient’s body.Results During the examination of 60 patients,there were 28 cases of endocrine factors,accouting for 46.67%,22 cases of fallopian tube and vas deferens factors,accounting for 36.67%,and 10 cases of immune factors,accounting for 16.67%.The hemoglobin level of the observation group was(9.45±2.64)%,and the hemoglobin level of the control group was(4.54±0.46)%.In the comparison of Serum leptin(Leptin),anti-endometrial antibody(EmAb),and anti-sperm antibody(ASAb)in the two groups,the level of Leptin in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and Emab and ASAb positive rate was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there were statistically significant differences in the total number of sperm,sperm survival rate,semen volume,and serum testosterone between the two groups of men(P<0.05);there were statistically significant differences in the menstrual volume,reproductive tract infection,decreased ovarian reserve,and sexual desire disorder between the two groups of women(P<0.05);the blood glucose level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion There are many factors that cause infertility.Diabetes patients are the main group of infertility.In this regard,patients of childbearing age should be given reproductive health education to effectively control blood glucose and reduce the incidence of infertility.
