摘要
为探究660 MW火电机组低氮燃烧的实现方法,将空气分级燃烧技术应用于火电机组CFB锅炉的燃烧控制中,并分析空气分级燃烧的合理参数。经数值模拟分析发现,一、二次风配风比,上下二次风配风比以及二次风入射角度均会对NO浓度值产生不同程度的影响。研究所建立的分级燃烧策略可降低炉膛出口NO浓度30%以上。
In order to explore the realization method of low nitrogen combustion in 660 MW thermal power unit,the air staged combustion technology was applied to the combustion control of CFB Boiler in thermal power unit,and the reasonable parameters of air staged combustion were analyzed.Through numerical simulation analysis,it was found that the distribution ratio of primary and secondary air,the distribution ratio of upper and lower secondary air and the incidence angle of secondary air have different effects on NO concentration.The staged combustion strategy established in this study can reduce NO concentration at furnace outlet by more than 30%.
