摘要
体育休闲的本质是休闲,是人类摆脱体育的生存和工具需要后的本性归真。采用文献资料法、专家访谈法和逻辑分析法,探析体育人文精神的内涵,近现代我国学校体育人文精神遗失的文化根源和体育休闲的本质。研究认为,体育人文精神是以人为中心和准则的体育哲学,表现为体育对人类身心全面发展的人性关怀和对人类生存意义及价值的追求;我国学校体育教育长期受功利主义、军国民体育思想和体质教育观等影响,造成体育人文精神缺失并酿成严重后果;体育休闲蕴含丰富的人文精神内涵,其人文理念重构校园体育文化,契合学校体育人文精神回归的诉求,能有效促进学生健康生活方式的养成,促使学校体育人文精神的回归;重视体育休闲教育,建立正确的体育休闲观念,研究体育休闲文化理论,掌握体育休闲技能是实现学校体育人文精神回归的基本路径。
The essence of sports leisure is leisure itself,which is returning to nature of human beings after getting rid of the need of sports as subsistence and tools.By means of literature review,expert interview and logical analysis,this paper aims to explore the connotation of humanistic spirit of sports,the culture root of the loss of humanistic spirit in school sports in modern China and the essence of sports leisure.The research suggests that the sports humanistic spirit is a kind of sports philosophy that is human-centered and regards people as norm,showing the humanistic care for the all-round development of human body and mind as well as the pursuit of the meaning and value of human existence exerted by physical education;School physical education in China is chronically affected by the influences of utilitarianism,military national sports thought and constitution physical education concept,which leads to the lack of humanistic spirit in sports and to other serious consequences;Sports leisure contains rich humanistic spirit connotation,and its humanistic concept reconstruction of campus sports culture,in line with the pursuit of the returning of humanistic spirit of school sports,can effectively promote the cultivation of students'healthy lifestyle and the returning of humanistic spirit of school sports;The basic ways to realize the returning of humanistic spirit of school sports are to attach importance to the education and the correct concept of leisure sports,to study the theory and master the skills of leisure sports.
