有机硒对绿豆萌发及叶部生理指标的影响 被引量:4

摘要 以小明绿绿豆(Vigna radiata L.)为供试品种,以有机硒为试验材料,研究了不同浓度的有机硒浸种对绿豆种子萌发以及叶面喷施对绿豆叶部生理指标的影响,旨在探究有机硒对绿豆生长的作用效果,为生产富硒绿豆提供技术支持。结果表明,2 mg·L^(-1)有机硒浸种能保证绿豆种子正常萌发并显著提高芽期总根长、根表面积和根体积,浸种浓度过高会显著抑制绿豆种子的萌发;苗期叶面喷施有机硒对叶片叶绿素相对含量(SPAD)及实际光合速率(ΦPSII)无显著影响,但有提高光保护能力(ΦNPQ),减轻光损伤(ΦNO)的趋势;花期喷施有机硒后,叶部的可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量、脯氨酸含量、SOD活性及POD活性均随有机硒浓度的增加呈现先升后降的趋势,而MDA含量则是先降后升;适宜浓度的有机硒可以提高绿豆的产量,浓度过高绿豆产量明显降低。绿豆子粒中的含硒量随有机硒喷施浓度的增加而增加。有机硒浸种的适宜浓度为2 mg·L^(-1)。叶面喷施的适宜浓度为40 mg·L^(-1)。 Xiaominglu mung bean(Vigna radiata L.)and organic selenium(OSe)were selected as the experimental material to study the effect of OSe soaking seeds and foliar spraying in different concentrations,The purpose was to provide technical support for the production of selenium-rich mung bean.Research results show that,2 mg·L^(-1) OSe soaking seeds can ensure the normal germination of mung bean seeds and significantly increase the total root length,root surface area and root volume at the budding stage,while OSe soaking seeds in excessive concentration can significantly inhibit the germination of seeds.Foliar spraying OSe has no significant effect on the relative chlorophyll content and ΦPSII at seedling stage,but has a tendency to improve ΦNPQ and reduceΦNO.With the increase of foliar spraying OSe concentration,the content of soluble sugar,the content of soluble protein,the content of proline,the activity of SOD and the activity of POD in leaves all shows the tendency to rise before fall,while the content of MDA shows the tendency to fall before rise at flowering stage.the appropriate concentration of OSe can increase the yield of mung bean,while the yield of mung bean decreased significantly if the concentration was too high.The content of selenium in mung bean seeds increase with the increase of foliar spraying concentration of OSe.The optimum concentration of OSe soaking seeds was 2 mg·L^(-1) and 40 mg·L^(-1) for foliar spraying.
