摘要
以丙烯酸和聚醚大单体为主要原料,辅以具有保坍性能的丙烯酸羟乙酯单体,采用共聚法制备了含酯类聚羧酸保坍剂(PCE-2),对该保坍剂的分散性进行了测试,并采用液相红外光谱(FTIR)和气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)两种方法联用对含酯基类聚羧酸保坍剂的缓释作用机理进行研究。结果表明:合成的保坍剂具有良好的分散性及分散保持性;含酯基的聚羧酸保坍剂在水泥体系中通过酯基水解产生的—COOˉ对缓释效果的作用很小。
Using acrylic acid and polyether macromolecules as the main raw materials,with the help of hydroxyethyl acrylate monomer with slump protection properties,one polycarboxylate retarder containing ester(PCE-2)was prepared by copolymerization.The dispersion performance of the retarder was tested,and the sustained release mechanism of the polycarboxylate retarder containing ester was studied by liquid-phase infrared(FTIR)and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The test results show that the polycarboxylate retarder has good dispersion performance and dispersion retention performance.—COO-produced by ester hydrolysis of polycarboxylic acid slump protectant in cement system has little effect on the slow release effect.
