Worldwide Status of Scientific Researches on Tumor Vaccines

摘要 目的分析全球治疗性肿瘤疫苗领域的科学研究态势。方法检索Web of Science数据库中治疗性肿瘤疫苗相关科技论文,以文献计量学方法分析全球论文数量变化和研究热点,以及主要国家和机构的发文数量和影响力。结果1970年至2020年,发表全球肿瘤疫苗科技论文共13555篇,近10年的论文数量占比超50%,黑色素瘤相关论文数量最多。美国(6103篇)和中国(2047篇)论文数量居全球前两位;论文总被引频次中国为36996次,美国为283783次;论文篇均被引频次中国为18.07次,美国为46.50次;高被引论文数量中国为12篇(0.76%),美国为105篇(3.30%)。全球发文量超过120篇的机构共30家,其中美国16家,中国1家。结论全球治疗性肿瘤疫苗领域科学研究活跃,超过50%的成果出现在近10年;中国虽已取得了一定的研究成果,但成果影响力仍较弱,中国机构的科学研究实力有待进一步提升。 Objective To analyze the worldwide status of scientific researches on therapeutic tumor vaccines.Methods Scientific papers on therapeutic tumor vaccines were retrieved from the Web of Science database,and the changes in the number of papers published in the worldwide,international research hotspots,and the number and impact of papers published by the main countries and institutions were analyzed by the bibliometric method.Results From 1970 to 2020,13555 scientific papers on tumor vaccines were published in the worldwide,more than half of which were published in the past ten years,and the largest number of papers were related to melanoma.The top two countries with the most publications were the United States(6103 papers)and China(2047 papers),and there was a gap between China and the United States in terms of total citation frequency(36996 times vs.283783 times),average citation frequency(18.07 times vs.46.50 times),number of highly cited papers[12 papers(0.76%)vs.105 papers(3.30%)].There were 30 institutions with more than 120 papers published,of which 16 institutions in the United States and one institution in China.Conclusion The scientific researches on therapeutic tumor vaccines are active,with more than half of the research outputs appearing in the past ten years.China has achieved a certain scale of research results,but the impact power is still weak.The research capacity of Chinese institutions needs to be further improved.
