摘要
基于断裂谱对直升机关键金属动部件裂纹扩展寿命进行了分析,得到了初始裂纹、断裂韧性、门槛值、断裂谱对裂纹扩展寿命的影响规律;基于实验数据拟合得到的NASGRO裂纹扩展寿命模型参数,分析得到了各参数与裂纹扩展寿命的关系;进行了直升机关键动部件的裂纹扩展参数敏感性分析。研究表明,裂纹扩展寿命输入参数中各影响因素的敏感性排序为裂纹扩展门槛值、断裂谱、初始裂纹、断裂韧性;裂纹扩展模型参数对裂纹扩展寿命的敏感性排序为n、p、C、q。研究结果可为直升机关键动部件的寿命预估、维护保养提供参考。
The effects of initial crack,fracture toughness,threshold value and fracture spectrum on crack growth life of helicopter key metal dynamic components were analyzed based on the fracture spectra.Based on the parameters of NASGRO crack growth life model fitted by experimental data,the relationship between the parameters and the crack growth life was analyzed.The results show that the order of sensitivity of crack growth threshold,fracture spectrum,initial crack and fracture toughness are the input parameters of crack growth life.The order of sensitivity of crack growth model parameters to crack growth life is n,p,C,q.The results can be used as a reference for life prediction and maintenance of helicopter dynamic components.
