摘要
介绍LNG接收站可燃气体探测报警系统的组成,以及相关标准对探测器布置的要求,在对常用可燃气体探测器覆盖率分析方法优、缺点进行比较的基础上,提出利用PHAST软件建立模型进行LNG泄漏扩散模拟,应用计算表明:利用泄漏扩散模拟结果进行可燃气体探测器布置合理性分析,保证了可燃气体探测器覆盖率要求,提高了可燃气体探测报警系统的安全性、可用性和可靠性。
The combustible gas detection and alarm system’s composition for LNG receiving station was introduced,including the requirements for its layout stipulated in relevant standards.Basing on comparing both advantages and disadvantages of commonly-used coverage analysis methods,making use of PHAST(process hazard analysis software tool)to establish a model to simulate the process of leakage diffusion was proposed.The application calculation shows that,making use of the leakage and diffusion simulation results to analyze rationality of the combustible gas detector layout can ensure the coverage requirements of the combustible gas detector,improve its safety,availability and reliability.
