摘要
针对大南湖七号煤矿11601运输巷顶板大变形问题,通过钻孔窥视与数值模拟计算,研究巷道的围岩变形与离层裂隙分布特征,揭示了富水弱胶结煤矸互层顶板的分区变形机理,提出了“锚杆+短锚索+长锚索”的围岩控制方案。研究表明:富水条件下弱胶结煤矸互层顶板巷道围岩稳定性控制的关键在于减小煤矸互层的离层量。锚杆排距800 mm、锚索排距1600 mm、长锚索长度7.2 m的支护方案具有最优的技术可行性和经济合理性,可实现巷道长时稳定。
Aiming at the large deformation problem of the roof for the 11601 transport roadway in Dananhu No.7 coal mine,the characteristics of the surrounding rock deformation and the separation cracks distribution were studied by borehole peep detection and numerical simulation methods.The partitioned deformation mechanism of weakly cemented coal-gangue interbedded roof under water-enriched conditions was revealed,and the surrounding rock control scheme of"bolt+short anchor cable+long anchor cable"graded anchoring was proposed.Research shows the key to the stability control of the surrounding rock with weakly cemented coal-gangue interbedded roof is to reduce the amount of separation of the coal gangue interlayer.The bolt row distance 800 mm,the anchor cable row distance 1600 mm,and the long anchor cable length 7.2 m have the best technical feasibility and economic rationality,which can make the roadway surrounding achieve long-term stability.
