摘要
目的调查分析兰州大学第二医院住院医师的职业暴露情况及其影响因素,同时调查该院住院医师对职业暴露后处理方式的认知水平,探讨住院医师的职业暴露现状及处理方法和策略。方法以某三甲医院的住院医师为研究对象,利用网络问卷的形式发放问卷,利用问卷反馈的数据进行统计分析。结果对发放问卷共回收189份,均为有效问卷。调查人群中61.38%为女性,38.62%为男性,发生锐器伤为47.62%,发生明确污染暴露为22.22%,手术过程中或行四大穿刺术的操作过程中发生暴露为41.11%。在189份问卷中,填写未接受过任何形式职业暴露培训的问卷为44.97%。在接受调查的人群中有33.86%的人知道职业暴露后的报告流程。结论总体职业暴露发生率较高,在职业暴露中较多为锐器伤,尤其是在手术过程中和在行四大穿刺操作时。医院相关职业暴露的培训工作较缺乏,同时住院医师对职业暴露后报告流程的知晓率过低。医院应该加强职业暴露相关知识的培训,尤其是职业暴露后报告流程与处理。
Objective To investigate and analyze the occupational exposure of residents in a third class hospital and its influencing factors,and the cognitive level of residents in the hospital on occupational exposure,and explore the current situation,treatment methods and strategies of occupational exposure of residents.Methods Taking the residents of a third class hospital as the research object,the questionnaire was distributed online,and the data fed back by the questionnaire was statistically analyzed.Results A total of 189 questionnaires were collected,all of which were valid.Among the investigated population,61.38%were women,38.62%were men,47.62%had sharp instrument injury,22.22%had clear pollution exposure,and 41.11%had exposure during operation or four major puncture operations.Among 189 questionnaires,44.97%did not receive any form of occupational exposure training.33.86%of the residents surveyed knew the reporting process after occupational exposure.Conclusion The overall incidence of occupational exposure is high,and most of the occupational exposure is sharp instrument injury,especially during the operation and the four major puncture operations.There is a lack of training on hospital related occupational exposure,and the residents'awareness of the occupational exposure reporting process is too low.Hospitals should strengthen the training of occupational exposure related knowledge,especially the occupational exposure reporting process and treatment.
