摘要
目的在新护士规范化培训中,采用情景式教学联合客观结构化临床考试,了解其对规范化培训后临床综合能力的影响,为探索科学、客观的新护士规范化培训与考核方法提供依据。方法将平阴县妇幼保健计划生育服务中心医院2018-08-01入职的75名新护士纳入对照组,理论和操作培训采用集中授课为主的传统培训方法,考核方式以闭卷考试和专项操作考核为主。将2019-08-01入职的75名新护士纳入试验组,理论和操作培训采用情景式教学,培训效果评价采用客观结构化临床考试。运用自行研制的问卷了解2组新入职护士对培训后临床综合能力的自我评价,采用Likert 5级评分法,评价试验组新护士和教学老师对新培训考核方法的满意度。结果75名试验组新护士临床综合能力自我评价得分为(96.17±1.11)分,对照组得分为(76.35±0.98)分,组间比较差异有统计学意义,t=-115.922,P<0.001;教学老师对试验组护士临床综合能力评价得分为(97.23±0.84)分,对照组得分为(83.69±0.77)分,组间比较差异有统计学意义,t=-102.903,P<0.001。Likert 5级评分结果显示,试验组新护士和教学老师对情景教学联合客观结构化临床考试满意度分别为90.7%和90.0%,差异无统计学意义,χ^(2)=0.000,P=1.000。结论情景式教学联合客观结构化临床考试能够提高新护士规范化培训后临床综合能力,教学老师和新护士对新的教学方法和考核方式有较高满意度,是一种客观和科学的新护士规范化培训与考核体系。
Objective In the standardized training of new nurses,situational teaching combined with objective structured clinical examination was used to understand its effect on clinical comprehensive ability after standardized training,so as to provide basis for exploring scientific and objective standardized training and assessment methods of new nurses.Methods A total of 75 new nurses admitted to Maternal and Child Health Service Center of Pingyin County on August 1,2018 were included in the control group.The traditional training method of centralized teaching was used in theory and operation training,and the examination methods were closed-book examination and special operation examination.A total of 75 new nurses admitted to hospital on August 1,2019 were included in the experimental group.Situational teaching was used in theoretical and operational training,and objective structured clinical examination was used to evaluate the training effect.The selfdesigned questionnaire was used to understand the self-evaluation of the clinical comprehensive ability of the two groups of new nurses after training,and the satisfaction of the new nurses and teaching teachers in the experimental group on the new training assessment method by likert 5-level scoring method.Results The self-evaluation score of the clinical comprehensive ability of the 75 new nurses in the experimental group was 96.17±1.11,and that of the control group was76.35±0.98,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(t=-115.922,P<0.001).The evaluation score of the clinical comprehensive ability of the nurses in the experimental group and the control group was 97.23±0.84 and 83.69±0.77,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=-102.903,P<0.001).Likert level 5 score showed that the satisfaction of new nurses and teachers on the combination of situational teaching and objective structured clinical examination in the experimental group were 90.7%and 90.0%,respectively,and the difference was not statistically significant,χ^(2)=0.000,P=1.000.Conclusions Situational teaching combined with objective structured clinical examination can significantly improve the clinical comprehensive ability of new nurses after standardized training.The teaching teachers and new nurses were highly satisfied with the new teaching methods and assessment methods;It is an objective and scientific standardized training and assessment system for new nurses.
