摘要
本文从电梯事故统计入手,基于电梯常见的失效问题,分析维护保养在确保电梯安全运行中的重要作用。同时,描述现有电梯维护保养存在的不足。结合政策导向与市场需求,提出电梯按需维保的新模式,并预测电梯维护保养项目的变革,思考电梯按需维保实施的困难、揭示电梯维护保养与检测、检验之间的科学联系。
This article starts with elevator accident statistics,and analyzes the important role of maintenance in ensuring the safe operation of elevators based on common elevator failure problems.At the same time,it describes the deficiencies of existing elevator maintenance.Combined with policy guidance and market demand,the new model of elevator on-demand maintenance is proposed,the reform of elevator maintenance projects is predicted,the difficulty of elevator on-demand maintenance implementing is considered,and the scientific connection between elevator maintenance and testing as well as inspection is revealed.
