基于临床路径的案例教学法在肾内科临床教学中的应用 被引量:15

摘要 目的探讨基于临床路径的案例教学法在肾内科临床教学中的应用效果。方法以2017年9月1日-2020年10月31日期间在某院肾内科轮转的参加内科及全科住院医师规范化培训的72名学生作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,研究组进行基于临床路径的案例教学,对照组进行传统教学。比较两组出科考核成绩,进行教学满意度调查。结果研究组理论笔试成绩得分(86.08±3.62)分高于对照组(84.13±2.59)分,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;实践技能考核中研究组病史采集(89.72±3.55)分、体格检查(87.90±3.91)分、辅助检查判读(88.05±7.79)分、病例分析(85.03±6.49)分、病历书写(87.66±3.91)分高于对照组(84.13±2.59、80.55±5.95、80.52±3.53、83.77±8.52、80.50±7.29、83.57±5.65)分,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。研究组教学的满意度评价75.68%高于对照组48.57%,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论在肾内科临床教学中,基于临床路径的案例教学法能够提高临床教学质量,值得进一步推广。 Objective To explore the application of case-based learning teaching method based on clinical pathway in clinical teaching of nephrology.Methods 72 residents participating in standardized training of internal medicine and general medicine in nephrology department from September 1,2017 to October 31,2020 were included as the research object.They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group received case-based learning teaching method based on clinical pathway while the control group adopted general clinical teaching methods.The teaching effect was evaluated by the graduation examination including the theory examination and the practical skill examination.The questionnaire survey was made.Results The theory examination score of the experimental group(86.08±3.62)was higher than that of the control group(84.13±2.59),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of the practical skill examination including the medical history collection(89.72±3.55),physical examination(87.90±3.91),auxiliary examination interpretation(88.05±7.79),case analysis(85.03±6.49)and medical record writing(87.66±3.91)of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(84.13±2.59,80.55±5.95,80.52±3.53,83.77±8.52,80.50±7.29,83.57±5.65),with statistical significance(P<0.05).The evaluation of teaching satisfaction in the research group(75.68%)was higher than that in the control group(48.57%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical teaching of nephrology,the case-based learning teaching method based on clinical pathway could improve the clinical teaching quality and was worthy of further application.
