摘要
在铝冶炼企业高质量、低风险、健康有序的持续发展需要背景下,本文以赤泥的特性、及坝体和防洪设施作为重点分析对象,分析干法赤泥堆场的本质安全,并通过对周边环境的调查和了解,结合赤泥堆场的本质安全,分析其对周边环境安全的影响,为企业进一步掌握赤泥堆场安全动态、以及下一步堆存规划和运行管理提供技术支撑。
Against the background of requirements of aluminum smelters for the healthy and orderly sustainable development with high quality and low risk,with the emphasis placed on the red mud characteristics,dam body and flood control facilities in the paper,it analyzes the intrinsic safety of dry red mud yard.Through the investigation and understanding of the surrounding environment,and combined with the intrinsic safety of red mud yard,its influence on the safety of surrounding environment is analyzed,thus providing technical support for companies to further master the safety dynamics of red mud yard,plan the next-step red mud storage and manage the operation.
