摘要
研究发现,碱性样品用传统卡尔费休法和气相色谱法测试都会带来结果偏差较大,且这个影响随着碱度的增加成梯度,本文所建立的卡式炉方法能有效的解决上述问题,并且经过方法验证证明方法稳定、可靠。本方法定量限能达到0.1%,加标回收率在95%~115%之间,相对偏差<5%。
It is found that the results of alkaline samples tested by the traditional Karl Fischer method and gas chromatography method will bring large deviation,and the influence will become gradient with the increase of alkalinity.The method established in the paper can effectively solve the above problems,and it is proved that the method is stable and reliable by method verification.The limit of quantitation(LOQ)of this method can reach 0.1%.The recoveries of standard are 95%~115%,and the relative deviation is less than 5%.
