中国农业资源效率时空分异与驱动因素研究 被引量:4

摘要 农业资源效率水平的提高会促进农业绿色健康发展,避免农业自然资源受损以及环境污染带来的不良影响。运用SFA模型对中国2007—2018年的农业资源效率水平进行测度,结合核密度函数方法分析农业资源效率的时空分布状态,最后运用空间面板回归模型对影响农业资源效率的驱动因素进行研究。结果表明:除农药的过度使用外,劳动力、资本、水资源、土地资源、化肥等资源的投入都会带来农业资源效率水平的提高。我国农业资源效率虽然基准水平较高,但是仍未达到效率前沿面,且在近年来呈现下降的趋势。农业资源效率存在空间上的相关性,但是也存在着明显的区域差异特征。在影响因素之中,地区的经济、城镇化、交通、教育、财政支农等因素的水平越高,则越能提高农业资源效率水平。 The improvement of the efficiency of agricultural resources will promote the green and healthy development of agriculture and avoid the adverse effects of damage to agricultural natural resources and environmental pollution.The paper uses the SFA model to measure the level of agricultural resource efficiency in China from 2007 to 2018,combines with the kernel density function method to analyze the temporal and spatial distribution of agricultural resource efficiency,and finally applies the spatial measurement model to study the driving factors affecting agricultural resource efficiency.The results show that,in addition to the excessive use of pesticides,the input of labor,capital,water resources,land resources,chemical fertilizers and other resources will increase the efficiency of agricultural resources.Although my country’s agricultural resource efficiency has a relatively high benchmark level,it has not yet reached the frontier of efficiency,and has shown a downward trend in recent years.There is spatial correlation in agricultural resource efficiency,but there are also obvious regional differences.Among the influencing factors,the higher the level of regional economy,urbanization,transportation,education,financial support for agriculture and other factors,the more efficient the level of agricultural resources can be improved.
