摘要
煤气化是煤炭清洁利用的有效技术之一。通过添加催化剂可以提高气化反应活性。在自行搭建的热重实验台上研究了CaO作为催化剂对原煤热解过程的影响。此外还通过脱灰法研究了煤中灰分对气化过程的影响。结果表明:CaO对煤焦热解过程有影响,热解前添加催化剂所得焦样比热解后添加的气化反应活性更高;煤中灰分对气化过程有影响,不同煤种灰分的影响有区别。
Coal gasification is one of the effective technologies for clean utilization of coal. The gasification activity can be improved by adding catalyst. In this paper, the effect of CaO as catalyst on the pyrolysis process of raw coal was studied on a thermogravimetric experimental platform. In addition, the influence of ash content in coal on gasification process was studied by deashing method. The results showed that Cao had effect on the pyrolysis process of coal char,and the gasification reaction activity of coal char with catalyst before pyrolysis was higher than that after pyrolysis. The influence of ash content in coal on gasification process was different among different kinds of coal.
