摘要
目的:观察非手术根管再治疗联合根尖手术治疗难治性根尖周炎患者的效果。方法:选取96例难治性根尖周炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=48)与研究组(n=48)。对照组采用常规根管治疗,研究组采用非手术根管再治疗联合根尖手术治疗,比较两组临床疗效、术前及术后疼痛评分和治疗满意度。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为95.83%(46/48),明显高于对照组的77.08%(37/48),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组视觉模拟评分法评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:非手术根管再治疗联合根尖手术治疗难治性根尖周炎患者可提高治疗总有效率和满意度,以及降低疼痛评分,其效果优于常规根管治疗。
Objective:To observe effects of non-surgical root canal retreatment combined with apical surgery in treatment of refractory apical periodontitis.Methods:96 patients with refractory apical periodontitis were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group(n=48)and study group(n=48)according to the random number table method.The control group received conventional root canal treatment,while the study group was given non-surgical root canal retreatment combined with apical surgery.The clinical efficacy,the preoperative and postoperative pain scores and the treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.83%(46/48),which was significantly higher than 77.08%(37/48)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The visual analog score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the treatment satisfaction score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Non-surgical root canal retreatment combined with apical surgery in the treatment of the refractory apical periodontitis patients can improve the total effective rate of treatment and the treatment satisfaction,and reduce the pain score.Moreover,it is superior to single conventional root canal treatment.
