摘要
由于装配式建筑在实际的施工过程中受到很多技术衔接问题的限制,装配式结构建筑的推广仍需要经历很长的一段时间。将光电识别传感技术应用于实际的装配式建筑吊装之中,不仅能加快施工智能化的建设,还优化了其施工的模式,提高了生产效率,减少了人力和施工运营成本。本文开发了一种新型的光电识别定位系统,并对该系统的框架、硬件设计、软件设计以及数据处理等方面进行了详细的设计分析;为了方便操作人员的使用,还建立了友好的人机交互界面。整个系统操作便捷,并能很好地协助装配式竖向构件的安装,极大地提高了工作效率,降低了操作风险。
Because the prefabricated construction is limited by many technical connection problems in the actual construction process,the promotion of the prefabricated structural construction still takes a long time.The application of photoelectric identification and sensing technology to the actual prefabricated building hoisting can not only speed up the construction of intelligent construction,but also optimize its construction mode,improve the production efficiency,and reduce the manpower and construction operation costs.This paper develops a new photoelectric identification and positioning system and analyzes the framework,hardware design,software design and data processing to facilitate the use of operators and establish friendly human-computer interaction interface.The whole system is convenient to operate and can help assist the installation of assembly vertical components,which greatly improves the work efficiency and reduces the operational risk.
