摘要
为探究日光温室早春茬马铃薯的化控抗逆生产效果,以田园1号和希森6号马铃薯品种为材料,通过现蕾期叶面喷施100 mg·L^(-1)多效唑与50 mg·L^(-1)赤霉素,研究其对马铃薯块茎淀粉合成和积累的影响。结果表明,喷施多效唑显著提高了马铃薯块茎生长过程中蔗糖合成酶及蔗糖转化酶活性,而赤霉素则降低了马铃薯块茎的蔗糖合成酶及蔗糖转化酶活性,进而改变了马铃薯块茎蔗糖及还原糖含量;多效唑显著提高了马铃薯块茎产量及淀粉含量,而赤霉素处理结果与之相反:其中多效唑处理分别使田园1号、希森6号产量增加20.48%、21.95%,赤霉素处理分别使2个品种产量降低13.86%、24.91%。喷施外源多效唑与赤霉素通过调节马铃薯块茎合成酶活性进而调控马铃薯块茎淀粉积累及产量。
In order to explore the chemical control and stress resistance production of early spring potato in solar greenhouse,the potato varieties Tianyuan 1 and Xisen 6 were used to study the effects of 100 mg·L^(-1) paclobutrazol and 50 mg·L^(-1) gibberellin on the starch synthesis and accumulation of potato tuber.The results showed that,compared with the control,the activities of sucrose synthetase and sucrose invertase were significantly increased with the application of paclobutrazol,and the activities of that were decreased using gibberellin,then the contents of sucrose and reducing sugar in potato tubers were changed;The yield of Tianyuan No.1 and Xisen No.6 was increased by 20.48%and 21.95%using paclobutrazol treatment,and the yield of the two varieties was reduced by 13.86%and 24.91%using gibberellin.Spraying exogenous paclobutrazol and gibberellin regulates potato tuber starch accumulation and yield by regulating potato tuber starch synthase activity.
