摘要
目的 分析我院2019年10~12月内临床医务人员手卫生监测结果,进一步制定并强化整改措施,有效控制医院感染发生率。方法 此研究全程采用回顾性方式展开,分析广东省阳春市人民医院2019年10~12月手卫生监测结果。结果 ①分析广东省阳春市人民医院2019年10~12月手卫生设施完好率后发现,仍有个别科室手卫生设施并不完善,主要体现在干手毛巾、干手纸等设施配备不足、补充不及时等方面;②分析各科室手卫生执行情况后发现,2019年10~12月共调查26个科室,手卫生依从率90.91%;③分析各工种手卫生依从性情况后发现,医生手卫生执行率90.30%,护士为91.6%,医技人员为91.67%,实习护士和保洁人员,仅为86.67%和85.72%;④2019年10~12月医生、护士、医技人员手卫生数据与上季度相比,依从性稍有下降。结论 2019年10~12月内,我院医务人员手卫生监测结果并不理想,仍有部分医务人员缺乏对手卫生的重视,且在日常工作中没有意识到手卫生清洁与消毒的重要性,因此需立足我院实际,制定并完善相应的整改措施,提高我院医务人员对手卫生的重视,从而有效避免和杜绝院感发生率。
Objective To analyze hand hygiene monitoring results of clinical medical staff in our hospital from October to December 2019,further formulate and strengthen rectification measures to control incidence of nosocomial infection effectively.Methods The paper analyzed hand hygiene monitoring results in our hospital from October to December 2019 with review method for whole process.Results ①After analyzing intactness rate of hand hygiene facilities in our hospital from October to December 2019,it was found that hand hygiene facilities in some departments were not complete,including insufficient allocation of dry hand towels,dry toilet paper and other facilities,no timely supplement.②After analyzing implementation of hand hygiene in each department,it was found that 26 departments were investigated from October to December 2019,with compliance rate of hand hygiene of 90.91%.③After analyzing hand hygiene compliance of various types of work,it is found that implementation rate of doctors’ hand hygiene was 90.30%,that of nurses was 91.6%,that of medical technicians was 91.67%,that of intern nurses and cleaners was 86.67% and 85.72%.④From October to December 2019,hand hygiene data of doctors,nurses and medical technicians decreased slightly compared with previous quarter.Conclusion From October to December 2019,monitoring results of hand hygiene of medical staff in our hospital was not ideal.Some medical staff lacked attention to hand hygiene,paid less attention to importance of hand hygiene cleaning and disinfection in daily work.Therefore,based on actual situation of our hospital,it is necessary to formulate and improve corresponding rectification measures to improve attention of hand hygiene of medical staff in our hospital,to avoid and eliminate incidence of nosocomial infection effectively.
